Shipping & Returns

USPS First Class - $5.00 flat rate for all domestic orders placed within the US. $8.00 flat rate for all orders to Canada. 

USPS Priority Shipping - $10 flat rate for all domestic orders placed within the US.

After your Pre-order has been processed and the item has been constructed (turnaround time is 7 business days), then you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking information.

After that, delivery time within the United States and Canada is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that there are severe shipping delays and delivery restrictions within the USPS system due to COVID-19. If you prefer to use another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, please contact us after your order has been placed. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to COVID-19, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on masks. All mask sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please email ordercarolinaclutches@gmail.com.
